Tanja Kufner is Partner at MHP & Founder of dynamics.vc, a new kind of startup growth program that invests in deeptech startups and facilitates partnerships with MHP’s 300+ corporate clients.

Prior to MHP, she was the Managing Director of Startupbootcamp Smart Transportation & Energy in Berlin since its launch in 2014. With her focus on investing in Startups in this vertical, she has worked with companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Cisco, here, Airbus, DB, Kühne + Nagel, Vinci, EnBW, SBB, and more, helping them on their innovation journeys and matching them with relevant Startups. Before SBC, she was Director of the Wayra Academy in Munich, and she has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Venture Capital, Management Consulting, and Telecommunications. In 1994, she earned her MBA from the University of San Francisco and has worked in Corporate Venturing, VC, and Family Offices since. In 2017, EU-Startups named her one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in the Startup and VC space, having invested in over 100 startups to date, ranging from Seed to Series A.
