Karolina has Masters in sociology and psychology from the Universities of Hamburg and Warsaw, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from UAB with additional courses at IESE and ESADE Business School in Barcelona. She is an innovation enthusiast, networker and intrapreneur- always curious about new ways to satisfy customer needs. Also, she is a regular speaker at conferences on digital health and open innovation, such as Mobile World Congress, 4YFN, and Health 2.0.
